    - Engineering or equivalent degree
    
    - Knowledge of components/ systems functionality and service
    
    - Experience of working on complex tasks that are novel and ambiguous
    
    - Familiarity of the in service operation environment, including regulatory and compliance requirements
    
    - Experience in illustrated parts catalog creation
    
    - Experience in support/lead cross-functional teams e.g. designer, service, sales
